Temacon Engineering proudly hosted its Safety & Quality Achievement Appreciation Day 2025, a dedicated event to recognize the unwavering effort, discipline, and commitment demonstrated by employees and subcontractors throughout the year.

The day kicked off with opening remarks from Managing Director, Mr. Ajiki, who emphasized the importance of maintaining strong safety and quality standards across all operations.

A Safety & Quality Sharing Session was conducted to highlight key practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives implemented over the year. This was followed by an Appreciation Session, where staff and subcontractors were acknowledged for their consistent adherence to safety protocols and quality excellence.

The program wrapped up with a closing speech by Director, Mr. JP Lim, who reaffirmed Temacon Engineering’s long-term commitment to creating a safe, reliable, and high performing work environment. A group photo marked the end of the formal session, before everyone gathered for lunch and casual networking.

Overall, the event was to appreciate collective achievements, and recommit to doing things the right way every day.
